Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Greg Petersen joined Activant Solutions Inc. in September 2001 as Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration with over 15 years of experience in finance, strategic planning and acquisitions. He has overall responsibility for Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Information Technologies and Hardware Services.
Greg was Vice President, Finance, for Trilogy Software in Austin from 1999 until 2001 and Senior Vice President, Planning and Business Development, for RailTex in San Antonio from 1997 to 1999. From 1989 to 1997, Greg held various finance and management positions with American Airlines in Dallas, most recently as Managing Director, Corporate Development.
Greg holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and is a graduate of Boston College where he received a BA in Economics, magna cum laude.
