High end systems demands drives business expansion
June 30, 2006 –Activant Solutions, continues to grow its customer sales team with the appointment of Mike Waldon as Territory Sales Manager.
In his new role, Waldon will be responsible for spearheading the growth of the latest Activant system offering, Vision, developed specifically to meet the needs for high end multi location motor factors, distributors and manufacturers.
Along with AConnex, MasterCat, web suites, Business Advisor and Vision, Waldon will be well positioned to be able to assisting companies with all their IT requirements and identifying where Activant products can enhance their business performance.
Waldon has spent a number of years working in distributive channels most latterly the highly competitive telecommunications industry, selling systems to varying sized businesses from small operations to large Blue Chip companies.
On entering the automotive aftermarket, Waldon commented: The sector moves at a tremendously fast pace and this has prompted more companies to recognise the importance of having the right IT partner, in order to take advantage of all business opportunities available.
