Coventry, United Kingdom, 1 June 2007 -- Aftermarket IT specialist, Activant Solutions, has relocated to larger premises as the company continues to invest in its customer service team as well as providing new “state of the art” training facilities.
Over the last 24 months in particular, Activant have seen a rapid expansion in the products and services they offer out to the aftermarket together with an increase in the number of customers they now support. Customer Service remains Activant’s priority and so the move to a dedicated technology park in the Coventry area with its office space spanning more than 4400sq ft over two levels, is a logical investment in the future.
The new facilities will house an expanded workforce as well as showcase technology rich training environments, continuing to ensure the best possible customer service for Activant’s range of e-commerce, connectivity, cataloguing and system products.
