T-21 manages the key process’ within a motor factor, distributor and retailer controlling sales order processing, stock management & ordering processing, accounts, reporting, age of debt.
T-21 has Activant MasterCat Electronic Catalogue seamlessly integrated allowing the user to access application databases from the point of sale to ensure the correct part is supplied at the correct price. All done with the minimal number of keystrokes and at the maximum speed.
T-21 has multiple methods to analyse, identify and report on critical operational and management data within the business using pre-written reports, report generators and Business Advisor Analytics. Then presenting the information in spreadsheet, text or graphical formats for ease of understanding and distribution.
T-21 uses Activant AConneX Electronic Trading to allow communication with other trading partners such as customers, web sites, other motor factors and warehouse distributors as well as suppliers.
T-21 has the necessary software to link to Activant ePartexpert, online ecommerce website, to expand customer reach so improve customer service.
