Prophet 21's CRM functionality is fully integrated, enabling you to enter and access information seamlessly. In order entry you have access to key customer data, from past orders to notes made during previous conversations, and you can direct specifications to the engineer, quotes to the buyer, and invoices to the payables person. Information can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed directly from Prophet 21 based on the contact's preference.

Because Prophet 21's CRM functionality is fully integrated, you eliminate the need to maintain separate databases and learn multiple software programs. Additionally, because Prophet 21's CRM functionality is inherent within the solution, you no longer have to set up separate security measures.

Prophet 21's CRM functionality also includes alerts to remind you of impending tasks. Prophet 21 tracks and records activities, so you have a complete contact history on each of your customers. Multiple Purchasing Agents

Many larger companies who have multiple purchasing agents now provide each one with their own credit cards. In order to keep up, your solution must allow you to credit an account with multiple credit card numbers. Prophet 21's CRM abilities allow you to store credit card numbers by contact, making it easy for you to process orders from different purchasing agents from the same company.
